Rose District Event Venues

The Rose District offers fun and charming atmosphere, perfect for hosting a party or gathering of any kind. No matter the event – a social event, corporate function, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, bridal brunch/lunch or family reunion, one of the many venues in The Rose District can provide the perfect place and the perfect environment to suit your individual needs. Keep in mind, the venues listed below are within walking distance of each other so mixing and matching is a definite possibility.

The Rose District Plaza  Outdoor Pavilion: Home to the Rose District Farmers Market, this is a beautiful outdoor venue that can be reserved through the city of Broken Arrow for private events such as family reunions, bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, birthday parties, etc. The fee is $40 per hour for Broken Arrow residents and $60 per hour for non-residents. A $250 cleaning deposit is also due when reserved, but will be returned as long as there is no damage or clean up needed. Tables and chairs are not provided.

Broken Arrow Public Schools The Central on Main Building is the only historically registered building in the Rose District. It was renovated in 2011 and now houses the BAPS registration staff and the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce. They rent the conference/banquet space to interested parties. Rental Fees for the Ballroom are $250 per hour with a 3-hour minimum rental and include the following: The room, tables, chairs, projection system, public address system, restrooms, building supervisor, and custodial services. Additional fees apply for special setups.

In the Raw Broken Arrow We can accommodate small and large groups for parties. On and off-site catering is available as well. For more information in regards to events call and ask to speak with a manager. 918-893-6111.

Main Street Loft Private room: Can accommodate up to 96 seated and 120 standing. Linens, dishes, tables, chairs, set up, and takedown are included. There is a private elevator off of Main Street as well for easy access. Rental prices are the following: $200 Monday – Wednesday and $400 Thursday – Sunday or $700.00 for an all-day weekend rental such as a wedding. Main Street Tavern Patio Rental: The patio is available for private parties. Call and speak with a manager to discuss options and details. 918- 872-1414.

Pinot’s Palette The Main Room: Guaranteed minimum of 15 painters or 15 paid painting spots. Two or three-hour sessions and cost $35 or $45 respectively. The Main Room can hold up to 52 painters. The Rose Room: Guaranteed minimum of 10 painters or 10 paid painting spots. Two or three-hour sessions and cost $45 and $55 respectively. The Rose Room can hold up to 16 painters. Minimum age of 13 for The Rose Room.

Southern Magnolia The Rose Room: Approximately 500 square feet and can comfortably seat 30-35 people at up to 8 tables. The basic rental package is $99 and includes four-hour room use, up to eight 36″ x 36″ tables, up to 35 chairs, ivory table linens, place settings and silverware, and use of the full kitchen.

Stogies The Lounge: Rent the full lounge for $150 per hour, a minimum of three hours.

The Girl Can Cook Private Parties: A minimum of 12 people is needed to book a private party. Fees will vary based on the menu.

The Museum Broken Arrow Town Terrace: This venue is located on the third floor of the museum and includes a catering kitchen, a terrace overlooking downtown Broken Arrow, nine round tables, and 54 chairs. The fee is based on the number of people and is an hourly rate.

The Rooftop The covered patio is available to rent for private parties. We can accommodate up to 50 people in the space. Price contingent upon needs. We also have an outdoor patio as well that can seat up to 60. On and off-site catering is available as well. Call and ask to speak with a manager for more details.
