Local Developers Buy Vacant Church
Local developers have purchased the vacant First Presbyterian Church in the Rose District. They are planning to re-purpose the entire structure to breathe new life into the old building. The 5,000 square foot sanctuary will become a restaurant, and the old school building will hold office spaces. Developers Lynn Palmer and Stan Synar also developed the Shoppes at Main Street Square.
“We are really excited about this project,” said Wes Smithwick, President and CEO of The Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce. “We’re starting to see investment move away from Main Street and moving one street over.”
Construction on the project will start in the next couple months.
