3 New Stores Open in the Rose District!

Broken Arrow, OK,  May 4, 2016 – The Rose District in Broken Arrow is showing no signs of slowing down. Three new retail stores, American Hatfield, Simplicity and Hillary’s Boutique are all now open.

“The continued success of the Rose District does not come as a surprise to us”, stated Wes Smithwick, President of the Broken Arrow Chamber & EDC. “Instead we look at is as the plan coming full circle. We knew the community would support quality niche retail and locally owned restaurants. In fact, the success has been so great that we are having to look at unique uses of space to continue to allow businesses to open.”

The planning for the Rose District redevelopment started in 2011, with visible changes taking place in 2014 with the completion of the Street Scape. Since that time the popular arts and entertainment districts store fronts have largely been full. This latest round of store openings was made possible though the renovation of several distinct properties on Main Street.

The BA Chamber will be hosting a ribbon cutting for American Hatfield on Thursday, May 5th at 11a.
